"World Sports" reported that Barcelona's Deputy Mayor Leia Bonnet made it clear yesterday that the Camp Nou Stadium must obtain a temporary municipal use permit before it can reopen. At the same time, it refused to confirm that the stadium can reach 60,000 reception capacity in the Gambel Cup on August 10, which is contrary to the announcement of the Barcelona club.

Bonnett said that the construction of the first phase of the project (stand No. 1 and No. 2) must be completed before applying for a temporary use permit: "After the project is completed, we will check whether the stadium meets the conditions for public reception."

Although Bonnett believes that Barcelona's announcement of the return of August 10 was calculated after the construction period, she particularly emphasized: "The project must be completed on time and in quality before applying for a temporary first-use permit to open the first and second-stand areas. We have not yet reached this stage, and we need to set aside time to verify whether the stadium meets the public reception standards after the project is completed."
