According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus announced a new list of board members, but Chiellini was not among them.

Juventus Club held its board of directors meeting this week, approved the club's financial report for last season, and also announced the new list of club board members. However, it is still necessary to wait until the Juventus Club's shareholders meeting on November 7 this year to formally approve the board of directors list.

The major shareholder of Juventus Club is Exor Group, which proposed a list of nine board members, namely: current board chairman Ferrero, new CEO Comolli, LVMH Italy President Antonio Belloni, Exor Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Guido de Boer, BonelliErede legal counsel Laura Cappiello, certified public accountant and statutory auditor Fioranna Vittoria Negri, Billie Jean Gold Cup CEO Kerstin Andrea Lutz, KME Group President Diva Moriani, and Finde Spa’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Diego Pistone.

Scanavino, the former CEO of Juventus's board of directors, will leave his post. It is also worth noting that Chiellini has not joined the Juventus board of directors. He will focus on representing the club and contacting domestic and foreign football institutions.

The second largest shareholder, who owns 11.5% of the Juventus Club, is the cryptocurrency company Tether, and they also have the right to nominate a board member. The two candidates proposed by Tether are Francesco Garino, visiting professor at the Faculty of Dentistry of the Sapienza University of Rome, and Zachary Lyons, deputy chief investment officer (CIO) of Tether.
