The true spirit of Real Madrid is not given by a piece of paper, a vote or a seat in the stands. It lives in the hearts of millions of anonymous fans who cheer and grieve for the team, many times more so than those with privilege.

Some people accuse me of not supporting Real Madrid, but I am not that person. It is painful to hear this statement. I am still one of the staunchest Real Madrid fans. That is why I defend a league that is strong, competitive and valuable to all clubs. Because without a solid La Liga, Real Madrid will also become small.
