Romano reported that Dynamo Zagreb will renew his contract with 16-year-old Portuguese young player Cardoso Varella, and the new contract will end in June 2030.

Romano said that Barcelona plans to negotiate signing the player in the summer window of 2026.

Cardoso Varella plays as the left winger, playing for Dynamo U19 last season, and has played in the Youth Champions League.
