Mirror: Hamsik opened a small chicken farm in his hometown and had a "small zoo" at home

"Mirror" reported that Naples legendary midfielder Hamsik now runs a chicken farm near his hometown.
Hamsik, 38, runs a small chicken farm with his wife Martina and their three children in his hometown of Badin, where the family lives, close to Hamsik's hometown of Banská Bystrica. Although the mansion is equipped with a swimming pool and playground, the chicken coop was built in April 2023.
In an interview with Sport24.sk, Hamsik’s wife talked about their new career path, saying: “This is a relatively new hobby for us and it all started at Easter in April 2023 when I We ordered eggs for hatching and the chicks were hatched. During that time, we managed to build a chicken coop. Hamsik revealed that the family added a lot of facilities to the chicken coop. It's built and fully functional. It's more like a chicken hotel, with heating and ventilation, and doors that open automatically in the morning so we don't have to get up to check on them."
"We try to keep the chickens happy, and ourselves happy at the moment. We have 29 chickens and they lay about two dozen eggs a day. We have so many eggs that I'm already thinking about opening a store."
In addition to raising chickens, the Hamsiks also take care of ferrets, turtles, guinea pigs, dogs and cats in their own "zoo." Talking about their love for animals, Hamsik added: "Martina is an animal lover in general and she passes this love on to the whole family. If possible, we would like to open an animal shelter or a small zoo at home, although we already have one now."
