According to CBS, as of the 7th local time, floods in central Texas in the United States have killed at least 104 people and dozens of people are still missing.

NBA teamed up with teams in Texas (including the Mavericks, Rockets, and Spurs) to announce that it will jointly donate more than $2 million to help people affected by floods in the region. In the NFL, the league foundation, the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans donated $1.5 million.

MLB, Houston Astronauts promised to donate $1 million.
