Today, Heat star Wade talked about the topic of James in his podcast "Time Out with Dwyane Wade on the WY Network".

"He's a smart enough player to be able to step back and look at what's going on on the court and say, 'Okay, I know what to do.' He'll push himself to do more things. I know how to motivate him and know how to work with him. I also know where I can fill in the gaps and play to my strengths. He's still playing in the NBA because it still means something to him, and let's see what he can get out of it. He still has a career that he likes, and I'm happy about that." Wade said.

James and Wade won two championships together during their time with the Heat.
