The new official rookie list! Knipel surged 1st, Coward 2nd, Flagg 3rd, VJ 4th

The NBA officially announced the new rookie rankings. Knipel rose to first place on the list due to his recent outstanding performance. Coward's second ranking remained consistent with the previous two periods. Flagg also stabilized his third place ranking, while Edgecombe fell to fourth place.
1. Knipel, averaging 16.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and 3 assists per game. Last issue’s ranking: 4.
Knipper led the team in points, rebounds, assists and steals on multiple nights. He had two double-doubles, scored 20+ points in four consecutive games (including 30 points against the Heat), and then almost had a triple-double against the Lakers (19 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists). There are more details as well, he is constantly learning and adapting on the court.
2. Coward, averaging 14.5 points, 5.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. Last issue’s ranking: 2.
3. Flagg, averaging 15 points, 6.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. Last issue’s ranking: 3.
Faced with the highest expectations and dissatisfaction in Dallas, he still had a huge impact on the team's game, especially against the Bucks. He scored 26 points and 9 rebounds, and withstood Antetokounmpo at the critical moment to complete a strong finish.

The rookie from Baylor is in a different environment than most of his peers: the 76ers are not rebuilding a team and have playoff goals. He must accept a role behind Maxi, Embiid and even George in the future. His shooting has been sluggish recently, but he's still getting consistent playing time and has a rabid fan base. Detroit head coach Bickerstaff commented: "His speed and explosive power remind me of the young Derrick Rose."
5. Kalkbrenner, averaging 9.2 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game. Last issue’s ranking: 9.
6. Fells, averaging 13.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3 assists per game. Last issue’s ranking: 6.
7. Trey Johnson, averaging 11.9 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. Last issue’s ranking: 7.
8. Derek Quinn, averaging 9.2 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game. Last issue’s ranking: 10.
9. Bailey, averaging 7.5 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. Last ranking: Not listed.
The Jazz rookie's growth was slow, but as the season progressed, he performed well. He averaged 4.6 points in 17.4 minutes in the first seven games, and recently improved to 12.8 points in 24.3 minutes, including 20 points against the Pacers.
10. Will Richard, averaging 10 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. Last ranking: Not listed.
