Warriors ESPN reporter Anthony Slater wrote an article today about the offseason between Kumingga and the Warriors.

Slater said that the Suns and the Kings have made specific offers to the Warriors over the past week or so. But negotiations between the two teams and the Warriors were on the edge, trying to reach an agreement with the Warriors, but there was no substantial progress.

Sources say the Warriors don't want to introduce bad contracts, want a young potential player, and be determined to seek a first-round pick in any sign-on-on-change deal. The Suns currently have no first-round picks available for trading.
