Starting in June, Doncic began an intermittent fasting program designed to suppress inflammation and promote physical recovery. Six days a week, he barely swallows two high-protein meals and a protein shake—and he won’t eat his first meal until he finishes 90 minutes of high-intensity morning exercises.
