James builds two mansions in Beverly Hills, and outsiders speculate that the second one is for Brownie

According to US reporter Dale Taylor, Lakers star LeBron James’s “dream home” in Beverly Hills will include two giant mansions. The two mansions are currently under construction on the site of a historic manor. James bought the manor for $37 million in 2020.
Although it was initially reported that James was building a huge manor on this land, according to the real estate website, James razed the original building immediately after purchasing it. Recently, he was allowed to divide the 2.72-acre land into two parcels to build independent manors.
Public documents show that one of the mansions is a two-story structure with a total area of 16,000 square feet (approximately 1,486 square meters), equipped with an underground garage of 7,700 square feet (approximately 715 square meters), and a two-story garage facility on the ground floor. There will be a pool and spa in the backyard, an outdoor kitchen, and solar panels on the roof.
The other single-story residence is slightly smaller, approximately 6,550 square feet (approximately 608 square meters), with an underground cinema, entertainment area and a double-floor garage above ground. The terrace area is specially designed with a hot and cold dual swimming pool system, and many palm trees in the courtyard have been planted in advance.
The site was originally a four-bedroom manor built in the 1930s. After obtaining planning permission, construction of the building complex has officially started in 2023.
Initial reports stated that this will be the main residence for James and his core family (wife Savannah and three children Brownie, Bryce, and Julie). Currently, there is speculation that the second residence may be prepared for his Lakers teammate and eldest son Brownie.
