Recently, former Bucks player John Henson talked about Antetokounmpo almost never interfering in management decisions.

Henson said: "I remember when Antetokounmpo was young, the team called him to talk to him about some deals. He would say, 'I don't want to listen to this. That's your job. You make the decision and I'll see the result later.' But a long time ago, the team discussed a deal: I wanted to trade Chris Middleton for Butler. Antetokounmpo responded directly at the time: 'No, we can't do that.' That was the only time I saw him stand up and make a clear statement."
