Recently, former NBA player Griffin participated in the podcast program "Post Moves Show".

Regarding the new season's finals matchup, Griffin said: "The Nuggets have strengthened their strength this summer, and the Nuggets forced the Thunder to Game 7. I think the Nuggets can reach the Finals from the West. As for the East, I think it's New York or the Cavaliers. I'm more optimistic about New York. Maybe they'll learn from past mistakes and make some adjustments.

"But I do really like the Cavaliers very much, it's hard not to choose the Cavaliers because when we see a team being eliminated before we expect it, they tend to criticize them, saying they're not ready yet. This is just part of basketball. You lose a series that you shouldn't have lost, and that happens.

"So I don't agree with completely changing the roster and trying different things, I think they just have to stick with it. So, I'll choose the Knicks and the Nuggets to enter the finals."
