Bay Area media San Francisco Courier reporter Dieter Kurtenbach wrote an article today that Kumingga's agent Aaron Turner had harmed Kumingga.

Dieter Kurtenbach wrote: "A real thing is that Kumingga's top agent made Curry very, very angry."

"'I only listen to my teammates,' Curry said when talking about Aaron Turner's remarks, 'I don't listen to the agent's remarks.' Curry's words meant a public execution for Turner's reliability in the league. If Kumingga had listened to his legendary teammate (and he was also a very business-minded teammate) from the beginning, instead of listening to the agent who wanted to make a position with him, his situation would be much better."
